Generals Conditions

Trekking and Hiking Activities are suitable for all persons aged 12 years and no age limits. Participants must have a physical medium (continuous operation of 3 hrs / 4 hrs per day) to follow these activities

If you have a physical and / or special health, consult us before hiring our services.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by their parents and / or have a written authorization from themselves to perform these activities.

We recommend bringing for Hiking and / or Trekking:

• Sunscreen SPF 30 minimum.

• Cap or hat.

• Sunglasses.

• Suitable shoes for walking up to 4 hours per day.

• Camera.

• Suitable clothing for walking.

• Small backpack to carry water and lunch.

Round-trip transportation

The lodging, when this service is included in the program and the diet contained in documentation provided to the consumer at the time of signing.

Fees or taxes of the hotels and indirect taxes, Value Added Tax (IVA) - where applicable.

Technical assistance during the journey, when this service is specifically included in the signed program.

All the other services and complements that are specified in the hired program or expressly stated in the combined contract package.

Health and transport insurance.

Visas, airport taxes, and / or entry and exit rates, vaccination certificates, "extras" such as coffees, wines, spirits, mineral water, special diets - even in cases of full board or half board, except expressly agreed otherwise in the contract - washing and ironing clothes, optional hotel services, and in general, any other service not specifically listed in "Our combined services include " or not stating specifically detailed in the program, the contract or the documentation provided to the consumer to sign.

Payment and cancellation policy

Reservations are confirmed with payment, by way of sign, with the 30% of the requested services.

The balance must be paid before the provision of services starts.

Cancellation of services

The cancellation and / or modification of the proposed travel program by contractors is subject to cancellation internal policies that the company establishes in each particular case. Salta Adventure considers the total absorption and / or part of the amount paid as operating expenses incurred directly or indirectly by the intermediary involved.

The company reserves the right to cancel and modify part and / or fully the proposed itinerary due to any accidental case or by main force. In case of cancellation of this nature the company will consider the possibility:

- Provide an alternative route of equal and / or similar characteristics

- Propose alternative dates for the service

Privacy Policy

Salta Adventure is committed to respecting the privacy and recognizes your need to protect the personal data that customers provide to organize your trip.

Salta Adventure collects personal information from customers and the uses to carry out the operations which they specified for trip planning. If the management of travel required, this information may be provided to a service provider, however, the information not be released to others without authorization of the client.

For no reason, Salta Adventure sell, rent or give personal information of its customers to any other company, organization or individual without prior authorization of users to those concerned.

Sometimes, Salta Adventure, you can ask the customer information for marketing purposes or to send information, but it can always decide if you provide such information and, as in any other case, for any reason and under any form should be made readily third parties without client's permission.

Salta Adventure will use photographs taken during the trips for promotional purposes, except that passengers declare their disagreement before each trip.
